WDVX Radio Show - Knoxville, TN - February 2007
We did a live segment on Alex's radio show on WDVX. The radio station was recently named SPBGMA Radio Station of the Year for 2007. Alex has also won SPBGMA DJ of the Year in 2003 and 2005. We had a lot of fun! Read more about it on the FORUM.

SPBGMA - Nashville, TN - February 2007
Between playing with James King on the main stage, visiting Keith Whitley's grave, going to Ernest Tubb's record shop and jamming with new and old friends, we had the best weekend of our lives! Read more about our SPBGMA experience on the FORUM.
                              
Birthday Party - Isonville, KY - January 2007
This was McCoy Grass' first out of state trip this year. We had 9 people (including our friend, Tim Cahall) go with us in our bus to Isonville to our great aunt's 75th birthday party. We made a pit stop in Sandy Hook to see Keith Whitley's monument, too. You can read more about that on the FORUM.
      
Ralph Stanley Show - Shepherdsville, KY - January 2007
Ralph Stanley II played this show because Dr. Ralph was in the hospital. We had so much fun! It's always nice to see all of our friends that play with the Clinch Mountain Boys! They invited us on the bus & then we all went to Denny's afterwards.
       
New Years Eve Party - Dayton, OH - December 2006
An evening with McCoy Grass and Sammy Adkins & the Sandy Hook Mountain Boys! We had so much fun! A lot of people came and we ended up playing until 1:30 am! Sammy & the boys stayed the night after the show, too! This was probably our most fun show of 2006 and a good way to start off 2007!

Even though we got home from the Ralph Stanley show at 3:00am, we got up the next morning & went to Grayson, KY to see our friend, Buggs Chaffin play with Melvin Goins & Windy Mountain! Melvin even let us sing a few with him, too!

Kelly & Jim helped with the recording of our good friend Tom Haney's CD. We all stood around one microphone and cut the whole thing in 3 hours! Our other friends Danny Davis, Red Spurlock, and Clarence Kelly helped play on the CD with Tom. Check it out! It's a good one!
